Child stars Macauley Culkin and Brenda Song are parents!
<p><span>Macaulay Culkin and his girlfriend Brenda Song are parents.</span><br /><br /><span>The pair joyfully welcomed their first child together, son Dakota Song Culkin, on April 5 in Los Angeles.</span><br /><br /><span>A representative for Culkin announced on Monday that the new parents were “overjoyed.”</span><br /><br /><span>Little Dakota weighed in at 6 pounds, 14 ounces (3.11kg).</span></p>
<p><img style="width: 0px; height: 0px;" src="https://oversixtydev.blob.core.windows.net/media/7840692/macauley-culkin-brenda-song.jpg" alt="" data-udi="umb://media/abb91168cc234bccbf654a66e1527384" /><br /><br /><span>He is named in honour of Culkin’s late sister Dakota, who died in 2008 at just 29 years of age after being struck by a car.</span><br /><br /><span>Culkin raved to <em>Esquire</em> about his desire to have a family with Brenda, his girlfriend of four years.</span><br /><br /><span>“We practice a lot,” the 40-year-old actor said.</span><br /><br /><span>“We’re figuring it out, making the timing work. Because nothing turns you on more than when your lady comes into the room and says, ‘Honey, I’m ovulating.’”</span><br /><br /><span>Song, a child model and actress who starred in multiple Disney productions, and in her later years has been on <em>The Social Network</em> and the ABC TV drama <em>Station 19</em>, previously spoke to <em>Esquire</em> about her relationship with Culkin.</span><br /><br /><span>“You can’t be around him and not be happy,” she said.</span></p>
